After accepting your Brush Clearing estimate you may be required to fill and sign one or more of the below forms based on specifications of the project. Once completed please submit form(s) to info@BrushClearing.net. Thank you!
Does your project Require a Locate?
1. Call Oregon811 Utility Notification Center, dial 811. It’s also fast and convenient to submit your locate requests online. Just select the appropriate title Homeowner or Professional. **Allow 2 full business days for locate.
2. Complete, sign, and submit the below form to info@BrushClearing.net as this is required before we dig.
